Welcome to the Newyea Technology 7kW (Ethernet version) AC Pile products.

1. Unpacking inspection

After the AC charging pile arrives, open the package, and check whether the products are damaged or not and whether the accessories are complete.

2. Read the instructions

Scan the instruction QR code attached to the box. It is recommended to open it in browser mode. Read carefully the installation precautions. Scan the QR code of the operation video to watch the operation introduction.

3. Equipment installation

Put the product on the pearl cotton, loosen the screw of the back cover with a Phillips screwdriver, and open the AC pile. Turn off the 220V power supply switch. First, use scissors to cut any interface in the rubber ring of waterproof joint, which is used to access the network cable with crystal head. Thread L (Live wire), N (Neutral wire), PE (Earth wire) and network cable into the waterproof connector of incoming line. Finally, connect L (live wire), N (Neutral wire) and PE (Earth wire) to the corresponding terminal post of the main board, and plug the crystal head into the interface of the communication module. Be careful not to make the wrong connection or there will be a risk of burning the machine. After checking that the incoming line and communication connection network cable are correct, lock the front and rear covers of the charging pile with a screwdriver and fix them to the column or wall.

4. Power on for confirmation.

After power-on, wait for the system to be networked. When the indicator light changes from red to green, the charging pile displays the current date. Then press the emergency stop switch, and the AC pile displays the serial number of the product. After the emergency stop switch is released, press the emergency stop switch again. At this time, the display shows the 8-digit pile number to indicate the successful networking.

5. Charging confirmation (mobile app)

Search for [Newyea charging] or open the [Newyea charging] applet on the application mall to complete the registration. Find the corresponding station in the list, select the corresponding pile number and charge it. Here, you can confirm the product pile number by pressing the AC pile emergency stop switch.

At the same time, you can also charge by inputting the pile number through the sweep function. If there is no corresponding pile number or network abnormality, please contact the relevant after-sales personnel of Newyea Technology to handle it.

6. Troubleshooting

If the red light is always on, it is equipment failure. Pay attention to the abnormal content on the display screen, please refer to the troubleshooting methods in the instruction manual. If the abnormality is still unresolved, please contact the relevant after-sales personnel of Newyea Technology for treatment.
