Chongqing: The maximum subsidy for a single station is not more than 800,000 yuan, and the new DC charging pile in the high-speed service area will be subsidized for 300 yuan/kW construction.

For power exchange stations that provide shared power exchange technical services and operate multi-brand and multi-model cruise rental and network lease, a one-time construction subsidy of 400 yuan/kW will be given according to the rated charging power of the charging module of the power exchange equipment, and the maximum subsidy for a single station will not exceed 500,000 yuan. For medium and heavy trucks changing power stations, according to the rated charging power of the charging module of the changing equipment, a one-time construction subsidy of 400 yuan/kW will be given, and the maximum subsidy for a single station will not exceed 800,000 yuan.

New DC charging piles in the central city and areas outside the central city will be given one-time construction subsidies of 150 yuan/kW and 200 yuan/kW respectively; Give a one-time construction subsidy of 300 yuan/kW to the newly built DC charging pile in the service area of the expressway in the city; The extra-high voltage charging pile with a single power of not less than 350kW will be built in the city, and a one-time construction subsidy of 400 yuan/kW will be given. At the same time, for the construction of internal parking spaces in party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, social organizations, private enterprises, parks, etc., as well as the AC charging piles and low-power DC charging piles in residential areas of this city, a one-time construction subsidy of 50 yuan/kW will be given.

Chengdu: Construction subsidies are given according to 200 yuan/kW and 300 yuan/kW, with a one-time subsidy of up to 5 million yuan for a single charging and replacing power station.

By 2025, the city will have built 3,000 charging (replacement) power stations and more than 160,000 charging piles. Support public parking lots, gas stations and other existing non-residential areas to add charging and power exchange facilities, and give construction subsidies according to 200 yuan/kW and 300 yuan/kW.

The installed power of the charging and replacing facilities completed and put into operation in the administrative area of Chengdu in 2021 is not less than 1000kW.
